Saving files in PS7

When I saved a file in PS6, it opened the folder I last saved to. However, in PS7, it opens the folder that I opened the file from. I much prefer the default as in PS6. Is there not any way to change this?

What OS? If Mac get Default Folder http://www.stclairsoft.com/DefaultFolder/

No, it is WinXP. Is there not something similar available for Windows.
