There are optional arrow heads buried in the settings for the line tool. —

Using what….? Newer versions of Photoshop have arrows in the Shape Tools.

Try a search in Adobe exchange – you will be overwhelmed!! There is a custom shape collection of 185 Assorted arrows!! you might just find one that suits!
