I use to do these all the time a few years back, with Photoshop 5, but can’t seem to remember how, with Photoshop 7.

Am sure I use to set circle or ellipse size, and while it was active paint over the edge, to a set "X" px, now I seem to have forgotten how to do it (time and haven’t done any bitmap mode stuff for ages). I know I could perfectly produce a circle or arc in a desired location at any thickness. Now I am stumped!
