probably neither. looks like it was drawn in some graphics program without starting from an actual photo.

By the way the OP was posing the question I assume he wanted to know if this was a natural photo (un-retouched) or a photographic image that was then adjusted/worked on in photoshop. What I said was that in my opinion it was not based on a photo at all but was drawn/painted in a graphics program (as opposed to Photoshop).

So, that’s how it works nowadays? Somebody copypastes an url, and leaves it to the others to start assuming things.

Exactly! I cannot imagine that anyone would think that either panel is a photo…there are two cartoon panels. who has not seen real people AND fireworks?
