He posted it here a few weeks ago and I found the tutorials extremely helpful. There are no indications of the site on the videos.

Neither of those websites feature the person I was looking for. Neither have the accent. I may have downloaded the tuts from another group or something.

I had downloaded some from the wz2k site already but the Russell Brown site is very good also.
