Keyboard Zoom Not Working in CS

When I use the Control++ and Control+- commands, nothing happens. I tried Edit>Keyboard Shrotcuts, but I can’t even change things in there for some reason.

The keyboard works for other things in CS like jumping around the tool palette.

Any ideas why? I use keyboard zoom all the time and I need this to work! I tried installing it on my other computer and have the same problem.

Adam, can you use the Ctrl + Alt + + to get it to work that way. And, I don’t know if this has anything to do with it or not but under the General Preferences tab, do you have the Zoom Resizes Window checked?

You’re either using a crack (illegal BTW) or you need to update keyboard drivers.

its not an illegal version, i work for a photography studio and we have several boxes of the software.

do you mean update the keyboard drivers for my system or specifically for photoshop? if you mean the latter, how do i go about doing that? in the mean time, i will try updating my keyboard driver for my system. thanks.

Oh, I didn’t realize that you had posted a FAQ link. Thanks.

I had to email my keyboard manufacturer because I couldn’t find an update for my particular keyboard. We’ll see what happens.
