Problem with the language in Photoshop cs.

Hi there, I just downloaded the trial to Photoshop CS/imageready. Well image ready is fine. Photoshop CS for some reason is in spanish ??? Only the menu topics and parts under it are, but Im unable to make it all out because I dont know spanish ;( Ive uninstalled redownloaded and tryed again, but same thing. Is there something under prefrences or something to where I can change the language to english?

Well, everyone knows that CS has a steep learning curve. Learning Spanish shouldn’t take you too long!

Seriously, either you grabbed or were delivered a wrong download package or missed a set up window that asked for the language preference. Haven’t tried the download myself but it has to be one or the other.

Can’t seem to reach the download site right now so perhaps it was at fault, sigh, a 160+ meg download too.

I once opened a Word document from someone, and all the spell checking was spanish, when it’s normally not spanish. I pesumed that this person had somehow indicated to use the spanish dictionary in Word, or had a regional setting that they weren’t aware of. Could it be some regional system setting?

all other programs are fine. Just photoshop is in spanish. Does anyone know how to change this?

At some point you chose to download the spanish version of Photoshop.

You’ll have to contact Adobe Customer Support to get the proper language copy.

Got it fixed.. Uninstalled deleted the whole photoshop folder then reinstalled and it works fine now.
