I would like to creat a web page by using in the background a pictur and as icons for categories, parts from this picture. I would love t be able to creat something more sophisticate but i’ll stick t something simpler.

Ok these 2 are the posibilities. What i want is to cut a raindrop an use it as an icon. How can i do this?

Would it be too much if i ask something else?

Use photoshop to cut out the raindrop.
I use MS Visual Studio to make icons.
Making a webpage is also very easy.

ok how i select the raindrops and cut them? i used the lasso tool bu when i wanted to click on cut or move i couldnt! If i use the crop too i wont get the irregular shape of the raindrops.

Use the eraser tool to erase everything that doesn’t look like a raindrop.

Thank you, but i want to have that irregular shape!!! Using erase afte will give me only the image not the shape of the image. Is it imposibl to have that irregular shape??

Make a transparent gif – and you can create the illusion of an irregular shape. That’s what you need to do.

Have a play in photoshop yourself,you might just get what you want OR you might eventually create something amazing and you’ll use that instead. get in and have a go. you’ll learn lots.
