I have implemented dual monitors for Photoshop using Matrox G400 card. Problem is that the P.S. screen is now spread across both monitors, placing the image file exactly in the middle, splitting it between the monitors. Is there a way to have P.S. shift the image entirely to one of the monitors?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Jim

Jim….

Click the button to Restore the window size…. Top right corner… second button from the right….then drag the PS window to the size and monitor you want it on….

Also, maybe you need to have a look at your monitor settings in Control Panel-> Display Properties-> Settings-> Advanced. You probably have the option to treat both monitors as one large screen…. you need to eset that to separate resolutions/screens.

One of the above should restore PS to the main monitor.

Hope the above helps… cheers….

Also check your drivers and make sure they are the latest. Things get easier with new features being added to the drivers to make things like this easy. NVidia has come a long way, and this sort of thing used to be hard, now just a couple of clicks. I am sure Matrox would have similar stuff in their driver updates.
