copy and paste multiple layers in photoshop 6

anyone know if it is possible to copy and paste multiple layers (at once) in photoshop. I know i can copy merge but i would like to copy and paste and retain the seperate layers.

i’m running version 6. or does the latest version do that?

In the source image, link the layers of interest in the layers palette, then click on the triangle in the Layers Palette to Create Set From Linked. This will create a set that you can drag over to the target image.

It’s not copy/paste, but it works, and you can unlink and take them out of the set in the target image if you wish.
