Dear people, can anyone help, with an action or any other means that is capable of batch transforming images/pictures so that they look like they were airbrushed or have an airbrush effect?

You sure you spelled that right???

Try using the Blur Tool set low and swept over the edges or a little Gaussian Blur overall.
