If I scan screened images myself I prefer to scan them at an angle of about 15 to 20 degrees. Works best with b/w images, as coloured images tend to have the CMYK screens already in different directions. Not always though… HTH

Is there a way to "descreen" magazine scans in Photoshop?
A friend of mine sent me scans of various magazines, in total around 600 pages, but the scanner was not set to decreen the pages. Is there a way to simulate descreening in Photoshop?
