How do I resize images in a batch? My camera is 8 MP and I have the photos set for best quality and largest size, but for several web sites I’m uploading to there’s a size limit of approximately 1.5 mb. So, I would like to keep my original pictures for quality, but batch resize for the web sites. Your advice/help is greatly appreciated. 🙂

Have you read help (f1) on actions and the batch command?

Create an action, basically do the process once and record it as an action then use the batch command using that action on the folder full of images

If that’s to compicated run the automated web album creator and that will reduce all images for you.

Photoshop comes with ready-to-use batch methods for just that. One is ‘File – Automate – Web Gallery’ and the other is ‘File – Scripts – Image Processor’.

Yep, only in CS2. However, you can download a special version from the Russell Brown website that you can use with CS.
