I have Photoshop 7 and when i start it up, after it starts up (where it has the programmers names)a plain grey screen comes up with the File Menu and Layer etc. but a pop up comes up saying "The Procedure requested cannot be done because the personalized information is invalid or not present". does anybody know how to fix this?

Ray, it sounds like something’s become corrupted in your files. Have you recently downloaded or installed anything new? Anyway, try resetting your preferences, and if worse comes to worse, reinstall Photoshop.
