Does anyone know where i can get a tutorial of how to model a car. i donrt know if any of you read max power but in it it has a article called virtual car. in this they use photoshop to create modded cars. i would like to try this but i dont know where to start. could someone please help???

If Photoshop is used someone at this forum knows what is involved. You will need to supply specific information like an online sample. Most virtual model examples that I am familiar with are 3D CAD applications. Photoshop is not very useful for that.

as gary said, ps isn’t great at doing the actual modeling of a 3d car (unless it’s hand drawn from scatch), but ps is HEAVILY used to paint the models to make them more reaistinc.
