Hey all,
Data and Scratch is on D, Windows and SWAP is on C. Temp is set to C.

When trying to save files in CS, *sometimes* I get a message about being in use, locked, etc. I cannot save-as to anywhere else. The only solution is to navigate to the folder where the file was opened from and delete the .TMP file.

Any ideas ?

What system are you running on? I use win2k and sometimes a file won’t save because it says it is locked or in use by another program, this seems to be a windows bug but I have never had a problem with save-as. Save-as is the only way I can get the file saved, sometimes I need to log out and then delete the files using explorer once I have logged back in.

Have you got Version Cue turned on? Might be something to do with that.

No – version cue is turned off. I’ll keep testing to see if the error occurs again.
