No 1. Ergonomic
No 2. Painting in, Corel Painter 8
Otherways? Well fun stuff.
And remember, bigger is not better!
It should be only that big in size that
you can reach the whole screen area
when moving your hand only, not the arm.

I use the cheap ACECad Flair.

Good enough for hobby use.

In my opinion, you have made the perfect choice. You won’t go wrong with that one.

Be sure you need one that size. For most purposes an A5 tablet is quit4e large enough.

If your using photoshop or another painting program, you will find the pen very useful.
I found the 5×4 tablet useless an now use a 18×12 for the main board and the 5×4 for my second monitor, as I didn’t like splitting up the main wacom into two sections. I also don’t like using the wacom in mouse mode.

Quite right, and even with that size it’s often convenient to reduce the area in order to get the ergonomic benefits that Pepe mentioned.

18×12!!! That’s huge… and Swweeeeettt. I think you can take it dow to the beach and surf on waves.

Bought it. Just unpacked it and setting things up. It’s SO very nice.

I got dual display on two 21" Sony Trinitron monitor. I find having th tablet split in half for each monitor is a bit hard to work. Mouse mod causes major confusion

I don’t paint in PS, but use the brush to touch up (hide) selections and masks. Can a tablet help in doing this?
