Strange Camera raw plugin problem

Has anyone else had this problem?
I have just got myself a new digital camera which can take pictures in the RAW format.
I have downloaded the latest Camera raw plug-in from the Adobe web site (my camera IS supported)
When I open the file, the picture opens fine, but the information dialogue boxes on the RH side of the frame are only half there, so I cannot manipulate the picture. Plus the frame is too big for my screen. I also cannot resize the frame.
Anyone else have this problem?

Your screen size must be at least 1024×768. That is the minimum requirement for PS CS.
