How to make an image "Camera Ready"?

I printer is asking me to make an image "camera ready"? I have searched and have not been able to find any information on how it is done? Can someone please instruct me?

Camera Ready? You mean people are still asking for that?

I suppose they also want PMTs, with type set on a lintype machine.
