Removing Proof from Proofs

I have a photo proof with proof across the picture….Does anybody have a link or turtorial on how to remove this using PS?? I search all over and cant find anything…Not even sure if it can be done…

I am curious to see the reply. Single prints are not THAT expensive… And that will be the best quality. It seems to me that if that question is posted the person will spend a lot more time and effort to get a fraction of the quality if he/she would if following the legal route.
