hi,
recently my mum uploaded all her photos from her digital camera ont her pc and had a go at ‘improving’ them with the poor program that cam with her camera. unfortunately she ruined many good photos. one phot she was particullary upset about, a lovely photo of my little sister o the day of her first holy communion, please could someone help fix thi photo, my mum is very upset about it.
i think she applied some kind of enhancer to it and changed th contrast and brightness. when it is printed out it looks very milky an horrible, please can someone help.

For starters, get hold of the camera. If it uses a memory card, the original images may still be recoverable.

Use a program such as photorescue to find out.
http://www.datarescue.com/photorescue/

Use the demo to see if the images are there before buying for $29 USD.

That said, post the image somewhere and some of us may see what we can do. I would perfer to have the option of using the image in an online tutorial if it turns out to be interesting from a "curvemeister" point of view. —
