My Photoshop CS palette seem to be frozen, and I don’t know how to unfreeze them. Any ideas?

Which palette and which platform?

Actually, all palettes on the screen. The platform is Windows XP.

One additional question, that I should have asked – sorry: By "frozen," do you mean that they cannot be moved, or that the Layers, Paths, Channels, etc. cannot be accessed?

It is at least worth a try to trash preferences. More likely than not that will fix it.
