A friend of mine was telling me that you can get all of Adobe’s stuff for free on the internet, and sure enough he’s right. I even found that new Adobe Creative Suit was available for free in the newsgroups. How come Adobe does this?

If you downloaded Adobe Creative Suite from a newsgroup, then you have an illegal copy. You probably got it from a warz newsgroup. Adobe posts evaluation copies (expire in 30 days and have certain limitation).

I see your one of those that uses "Easy News" to hide your identity.

You sure made a lot of assumptions, but didn’t answer my question. Thanks anyway.

What assumptions were incorrect?

As I previously stated, you can download an evaluation copy of Photoshop CS (or other Adobe products) from Adobe.

Now, where did you "download" this supposed free, full version of Adobe Creative Suite?

I did not download anything. I have no use for it, especially since I own a legit copy of Photoshop 7. I just verified that it was available.

Wrong again Dick Tracey. There are many reasons to subscribe to Easynews other than to hide ones identity.

But what you didn’t verify was that Adobe had nothing to do with it.

But that’s why I asked the question to begin with, butthead.

Where are you seeing this? On the Adobe site?

No, the programs are being posted in the binary newsgroups. I assumed it was Adobe doing it. Why would someone post their own copy and serial number?

Not true – you said "why does Adobe do this" as if you already knew or assumed they were responsible for the postings.
