Please help. I am trying to rebuild passport picture and after use clone tool, the face surface is not uniform. I used blure layer, as in the book of Katherin Eismann , Photoshop Restoration, but there is no smooth transition.
What am I doing wrong?

if you have scanned the passport photo for enlargement, then you may have a bad problem there – i have noticed that passport photos have little detail, and are hard if not impossible to deal with satisfactorily (sorry for spelling)
