I have not seen one that deals specifically with meteors but if you don’t find anything else take a look at these two – they are excellent, non-photographic and may be enough to get you going.

Could you help me about adding noise, please?
In the instruction to adding stars is:
"Now add noise to the picture. To do this, go to Filters > Noise > Add Noise and generate a noise…"
In the Filter – Noise-…there are many optins and no one is a "noise"
