New to OSX How do you print a .pdf in book format, i.e. odd and even pages. The OS 9 version had a book option, can’t find it. Thanks.

There are various third-party plugins that can do that. For PC I know Quite Imposing, Fineprint2000, Preps. Dunno about the Mac.
