I have not changed my res, but I did go from using two monitors (at work) to using just one. and I think the palettes are still drifting over by where the other monitor used to be.

ah, try the faq topic "Dialog Box Is Missing?", OR hook up another monitor temporarily to get the palettes back on the main monitor OR try to use Window> reset palette locations, OR reset the prefrences per the FAQ.

ONE of those WILL work. 🙂

Dear all

Can anybody tell me, when I am in the middle of using photoshop, I sometimes click on a certain palette which results in other palettes I have open to disappear. This usually includes the tool palette and sometimes the window with the image itself. I usually end up pressing tab to make all palettes disappear and then tab again to make them all appear. I never used to have this problem. Is there something wrong with my photoshop or is there a setting I need to correct?

Would appreciate it if anyone can give me any insight.

Many thanks

Trashing/Resetting Preferences as per the FAQs may fix it.
