ImageReady Keywords and Descriptions

Web designers – I need your help! Is there any way to add keywords and descriptions into the header of an html page when building a page using ImageReady? In File>File Info there are windows for them, but IR doesn’t seem to add that info to the html page as it does the title. I hate having to re-type all the keywords & descriptions into the html code by hand every time I make a change to a web page and re-optimize it. Thanks – A.
