If we can see the graphic, it might be possible for us to help. Can you post it to a Web page somewhere?

Hi,
Do you have each of the graphic elements on separate layers – dishes, text, etc.?

Thanks,
Ron

Looks fine to me. The Web is an inherently low-resolution medium; I suspect what you are calling "blurry" is simply the result of seeing a relatively low-resolution image.

@ Ron: Yes i have everyting in a different layer

@ tacit, yes the problem is the the image has a low resolution, but i thought i could try to make the border just a little smoother, or to make a replica of it, but i didn’t wortk. Maybe i just leave it like that, because nobaody complained so far. I was just not satisfied with the way it looks.

Hi Shiva,
Like tacit said there is only so much you can hope for with web graphics. Since this is a rather dark border transitioning quickly to a very light background it is possible to conceal the jaggies by having anti-aliasing take place in a more shallow transition. You can see an example here:

http://picasaweb.google.com/ronviers/POC/photo#5027345299749 315138

This border uses a Style with an Inner Bevel (smooth) but with the direction option set to down rather than the default up, this blends white with part of the bevel that blends into the white of the background. I also set the opacity of the shadow to zero so it was less distracting and enabled anti-aliasing in the shadows – everything else is default.

This image is only 7k

Good luck,
Ron
