Hi all,
This is my first post, so please excuse my ignorance if I should already know the answer to this question. I’m wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of some information on taking a heavy line screen image (like old newspaper photos) and modifying them to give the impression of continuous tone. I was hoping someone has alredy developed a method of doing this that gives at least passable results.
I’m working a bit in the dark ages with Photoshop 5.5, so if there are any wiz bang features in CS, unfortunately I can’t use them (at least until we upgrade system software and all the other software we use).
Hope someone can help. Thanks.
