Find Edges
then
Gaussian Blur
then
Glowind Edges

Will get you close.

They might be easy to use! but the effects look absolutely ‘Naff’ And you seem to be making a bit of a habit of pushing your software on these groups!!

seriously Owen that is a very inferior result compared to the example given

those of us on NG already own PS which does it better, why would we pay for yours??
