Don’t forget this Saturday, April 7, 2007 is the second World in Pictures Day event!
World in Pictures Day is a photographyvoice.com effort to bring together photographers from around the world in an attempt to document one day in the life of this world we share.
How it works is quite simple. Sometime during the scheduled World in Pictures Day, plan and capture a creative image that reflects the world around you. It can be your home, your pets, your family, your city, your car, yourself. Whatever you like! You can focus on the abstract, photojournalism, art, <em>it’s your craft — you decide what you want to show</em>.

BIG NEWS: Our wonderful friends at Adobe are sponsoring World in Pictures Day II and are offering copies of Photoshop CS3 for us to give away randomly to two fo the artists who participate in this edition of World in Pictures Day! Drawing will be held from all qualified entries after the gallery opens.
WPD is open to everyone! So let your photo groups, forums, friends and family alike know of this special, global event!
