I have an empty 30gig hard drive devoted to CS yet by the time I reach a file size of more than 350meg actions like unsharp tool will not work. It gives me a message of scratch disks being full – how can it use up 25+Gb in one command?

I too notice that c/w 7.0 CS is dreadfully slow, even in saving tiff files of 60+ meg it takes much longer – what’s happening here?

not knowing your computer system, but I would guess that you have one of the several thousand computers out their that CS just does not like..Try setting your Adobe Memory pref’s back down to 50% or less and this might help and increase you paging file but if you have done all this and still have a problem you can join the list of people that have had to go back to 7.01
