Photoshop 7 shutting down before it even opens….when initializing something….

Photoshop 7 will come up on the screen when clicked on through the desktop but will not actually open the program, it shuts down when initializing the same thing each time, however I am unable to read what it says as it closes to quickly….

anyone that knows what is going on and can help me fix it would be greatly appreciated!!

Try trashing prefs. Details in FAQs.

I cannot find the preference folder the way you have told me to do so… I am not sure why?

Set Windows explorer to view hidden files and folders from Tools>Folder Options>View
