Photoshop 7.0

I have downloaded quite a few styles. I would like to consolidate the ones I like, and delete the others. There don’t seem to be any tutorials on organization of styles. I have tried dragging and dropping, but no luck. I have loaded all of the style sets into one big one and am deleting the bad ones, which will result in a collection of favorites which I will then save as "rick’s styles". I would also like to have sub-sets, like "gold", "plastic", etc. The pre-set manager doesn’t seem to work for this. Is there a more efficient way to do this than the way I am doing it now?

As explained in your manual, you need to use the preset manager to manage your styles, and all of the other preset types.

Yes, the preset manager DOES work for this.

Trust Chris’s advice and learn to wrangle the Presets Manager.

He hipped me up to this when I was a little confounded and I have been grateful for the kick in the pants ever since.
