PS5 Program Error when Moving Layers (Win)

I’m creating a photo simulation in PS5, it’s fairly large (50MB) with quite a few layers- once in a while, I’ll use the move tool to either move or copy, and I’ll get a message saying there has been a program error. If I then save it, close it and try and reopen it, it says "Could not open because of a program error". I was wondering if anyone has any solutions other than saving often (before the error occurs) & with different names.

Sounds as though you may have either a video driver problem (or just possibly a bad RAM stick or HDD problem in your machine.)
