Are you talking about a spot color to a spot color or a duotone gradient?
Bob
sopt to spot. Have heard that problems can a rise when printed.
Thanks
Ben
Please help, i want to prodeuce a spot to spot colour gradient that doesn’t have a grey area in the centre when printed. New to this please be gentle with me.
Thanks again Ben
Why don’t you just create it in InDesign?
Bob
It would depend on what the two spot colors were. If they were complements, then 50% of each would yield gray, but if they were similar in hue, it wouldn’t be as much of a problem.
If you don’t absolutely need true spot colors (seperate plates), you could construct a composite gradient with a transitional color stop in the middle.
