It’s really hard to tell from that photo if Bush is actually wired, but this frontal shot looks like he may indeed, have been wired.Of course he was wired. How else would they get him to move his hands, open his mouth….

Sadly, the images clearly indicate normal human features. The scapula and crease in a dress shirt.

If course he was wired. He’s the President. The secret service has him wired at nearly ANY speech like that so that there is communication in the event that something happens. Was someone else prompting him too? I have no idea. I do know that this is a standard security procedure for the President (especially in our "high alert" times).
