I have been having a problem getting my layer effects to work. I created a new layer, then i painted what i wanted to paint, then i turned on the layer effects. They didn’t work. So i went back into layer effects, and i unchecked the box for preview, in which to preview the image on my document. It showed up when unchecking the box, so i figured the settings were working again, so i clicked cancel, and once again, they wern’t working. So i went back and noticed that when checking the preview box, it showed none of the layer effects, and when unchecking it, it showed the layer effects. So no matter what, when i close the box for layer effects, it would just go back to plain no bevel and emboss setting. Could somebody please help me with a solution to this problem.
