This is really weird. I’m using PS CS with Camera RAW 2.1
I tried to create a Web Gallery from a folder containing Fuji S2 Pro *.RAF files, most of which had .XMP metadata files in the same folder. The Gallery created with no errors, but the thumbnails and page images were not created for all the files that had XMPs. They showed up as those little red "X" icons when you browse the gallery.
I stumbled on the idea of trying it with the XMPs temporarily moved to another folder, and it worked fine. I guess that’s my workaround… But any ideas on what might be happening. I’m hoping to automate the gallery creation to save on the backup CD and It’d be great if I didn’t have to move the XMPs around.
I’d just installed the Camera Raw 2.1 update, and I also just started using in-folder XMPs in the last few weeks. I tried with Camera Raw 2.0 with same results.
Has anybody else heard of anything like this with the Web Gallery?!
