Remove the dialog box that asks you if you would like to apply changes to an image? it never did this with Photoshop Elements. How do I turn it off? Thanks

Right after I cut a piece of an image with the wand or lasso, paste it onto another one, and skew/size it.

Just hit the return key to apply the transform. Then you won’t get the d/box when you change tools
