This is probably a very simple problem and it may be adobe-related or epson-related or both, but…

I can’t figure out how to print my document at actual size with no blank space. I have a 20×24 inch canvas. I am printing to 24 inch wide roll paper. I have an image in the center, then white space, then a red "cut" line at the top and bottom of the image (the 24" sides should go to the edge of the 24" paper). The image will look correct in the small PS Page Setup window but when I get to the Print Preview (or the actual print) some of my image is being cropped. My "cut" lines disappear and text along the very bottom edge gets clipped.

My solution thus far has been to oversize the canvas by 1/4 inch Wid and Hgt. This gets closer but still not there. I’m getting 19.75" by 23.75". All I want is for my 20"x24" document to print at the actual size of 20"x24". Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have the printer set to print borderless?
