When using Photoshop I frequently refer to online manuals. When these are CHM there is no problem but when they are large PDF manuals e.g. Color Confidence is 53Mb, each page opens fuzzy and then snaps into focus similar to a slide projector.
It does not make any difference whether I have fonts set to local or not. I use a PIII 900MHz 1Gb memory Gforce GTS2 graphics accel at full.
Does anyone know what causes this anomaly and if it can be fixed?
