Toolbox Question

I just upgraded to CS. What’s with the toolbox? I get something different everytime I open it. Sometimes, there’s a magic wand, sometimes it isn’t there. And I can’t find a paint bucket anywhere. Is it a trick? If so, Halloween is over. Thanks for any help. TJ Behr
