hi.

how can i convert an image in photoshop to halftones similar to the image towards the bottom of the page:

Look in the Filter menu

Filter/Pixelate/Color Halftone

Set the max radius to something like 15 or 20

Try setting all 4 channels to 0.

If you’re working with a greyscale image, then as long as you set all four channels to the same value you’ll likely get the effect you seek. If you set the channels to 4 different values, then you get a rosette pattern.
