A while ago I saw a link to tutorial of some Photoshop feature which was created in Camtasia and saved as an Animated GIF. I would also like to record screen actions and save them as GIFs instead of mpeg or avi. Has anyone got an idea where I can find a codec allowing Camtasia to store recordings in Anigif format ?

I tried the Nimo and Klite codec packs, but neither has it afaik. Tips and links welcome!
TIA

Doubt it, don’t think camtasia saves in gif format, it was probably swf flash format.

Can you screen capture and use the images in ImageReady to make the animation?
