agm.dll – can’t run photoshop 7 :-(

hello!
I have problem with photoshop installment
– after the app is installed it is not possible to make it run – (probably) there is a problem with agm.dll ( the library file is not loading?/run? properly.)
– while tryin to run photoshop.exe it alerts me kindly that there are some problems with the application due to hardware or OS – sadly, unrecoverable:-(
I’m using pIII 856Mhz (still!) Win98se nvidia geforce2 graphic card

Why is it so? How to solve it?
