I’ve been using PS7 for the past year now with no problems up until a week ago. I"m running it on XP and well when I go to: Save As… and click to save the image as .png or any other format it won’t save. I get no errors or anything. The only format I can save it in now is .pdf. This is now a problem seeing how I run a few websites and can’t save my graphics in the correct format. Also another problem is when I click "Save for web". The menu and everything never pops up like it used to. When I click it, it doesn’t do anything but hide the dropdown menu. I’ve tried the shortcut keys and still have a problem. I get no error messages or anything. Is there a solution to fix this problem?

Alright now with Imageready 7, I used this to finalize my graphics but no I get an error when it says "Loading Plugins…" I get the message "There was not enough memory to complete opening of Adobe Imageready 7". Funny thing is that it always worked before and never had an error. I know this computer has enough memory to run it. This problem isn’t as a big concern as PS7. But is their any solutions to these problems? If you have a solution to this feel free to e-mail me at Thank you!

It sounds like you’re missing some plugins, or something has become corrupted.

First, try resetting the preferences for PS and IR as explained in the FAQ.
