How do I get photoshop images to show a thumbnail in XP windows?

I have PS CS and Windows XP Pro. Dell 8300 with Pentium 4, 3.0 ghz, 120 gig hard drive, and 1 gig of ram. I can view thumbnails of jpegs and Illustrator files, but not PS.
