CS3 — can’t load brushes..

when I go to load brushes I don’t see any brushes (either in brushes palette menu or Preset Manager — brushes folder is empty.. (also navigated with Windows Explorer to users/…./Adobe Photoshop CS3/presets/brushes/ folder, and it’s empty…)
